Description
If you are once again with your gravel bike on bikepacking tour and no longer feel in the mood for trails, because you prefer the road with your 40mm tires, then you should consider whether it is not time to switch to a real bikepacking bike.
Unfortunately, the gravel bike is just not a swiss army knife and at most suitable for a weekend trip.
The TFLSBERG Bikepacking is about as much a development step to the Gravel Bike as the mountain bike in the 90s to the downhill bike with a suspension fork.

Features

RIDE RELAXED
The geometry of the TFLSBERG is in contrast to our Gravel Allrounder MITTE and MITTE Steel to be described as relaxed and designed for lllooooooonggg days in the saddle.

TRANSPORT WATER – A LOT OF WATER
The TFLSBERG has space for five (if you count the Anything Cage mounts on the fork and rear frame even nine) bottle cages.
In addition to the conventional positions in the frame triangle, it has two more on the side and another on the underside of the down tube. So you have enough liquid even on a multi-day tour.

ADD ANYTHING YOU LIKE
In addition to the usual eyelets on the fork, two other mounting options on the frame and fork offers space for four Anything Cages. This ensures a balanced weight distribution over the entire bike and brings the centre of gravity down. Compared to a conventionally packed Gravel Rad you have thereby much more fun on the trail.

CURVED SEATSTAYS
Since comfort plays an important role on longer tours, the seat stays are curved and thus offer you increased flex. In addition, this avoids touching your luggage, which you attach to the seat stays, with the heel.

BIG TIRE CLEARANCE
More is better and bigger rolls better. 27.5″ was yesterday. 29″ is the benchmark from now on. If you’ve ever ridden a 40mm “gravel tire” fully loaded over a rooted trail in slow motion, then you know why we designed the TFLSBERG to fit up to 29×2.25″ tires or 27.5×2.8″ tires.

REINFORCED FRAME CONSTRUCTION
The TFLSBERG is designed for long off-road bikepacking tours. To withstand the extreme loads, reinforcements are installed in the head tube area and tubes with thicker wall thicknesses in the weld area.

INTERNAL DROPPER SEATPOST READY
Due to the specially prepared cable guide, the installation of a dropper seatpost is possible. This allows you to adjust your saddle on the tour to the conditions and also makes a good figure on the descent.

SUSPENSION FORK READY
Through a fork installation length of 480mm, it is possible to install a suspension fork with an installation length of about 500 mm. Hereby you noticeably increase the comfort on your next tour.
