Description
8bar Crit 2023 – Race Details
The 8bar Crit 2023 takes place on May 6th during VELO Berlin bike show.
GENERAL
The 8bar Crit 2023 is a fixed gear bike race, which takes place on a fast and technical course. All participants must ride a fixed gear bike without brakes. This combination is challenging because not only speed and power is required from everyone, but also intelligent racing behaviour. To get a feeling for the 8bar Crit, take a look at this video from last years race. The 8bar Crit is not just any race.
RACE DETAILS
This year we are making some adjustments to the racing modes. There is going to be a A- and a B- Race. You have to do a qualification on a the virtual track on wahoo rollers between 12:00-17:00 h. Bring your own bike as the qualification needs to be done with the same bike that you do the crit with. You can try it maximum two times to improve your qualification time.
